Dr. Bruce M. Fischer D.C., C.C.S.P.

A graduate of the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago, has been serving the Boca Raton community and surrounding areas since 1992. As the Chiropractic Team Physician for various sports teams and organizations in South Florida, Dr. Fischer’s expertise draws not only local athletes but also professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes from across the country. With decades of experience and thousands of patients treated, he is among the few physicians worldwide qualified to teach the advanced procedure of Manipulation Under Anesthesia—a highly specialized treatment for chronic pain, restricted joints, and impaired function.

Dr. Sarah-Lee Ramdeen Cucu, D.C

 A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Philosophy. Native From Jamaica Dr. Ramdeen-Cucu later immigrated to the United States of America and attended Florida Atlantic University, at the Boca Raton Campus. During her years at FAU, she pursued pre-medical studies and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology. Dr. Ramdeen-Cucu began her training as a chiropractic physician at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida and has experience as a chiropractic physician for over 13 years. She is also trained and certified in physiotherapy.

Kara Brown, PT

Kara Brown, MPT, joined Boca Trauma and Rehab in 2018 and brings over 27 years of outpatient physical therapy experience. A Rutgers University graduate, she specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgical care, Pilates, manual therapy, vestibular rehab, women’s health, pelvic dysfunction, and geriatric care. Kara emphasizes holistic, preventative care to empower patients and enhance their quality of life.
